The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Narsinhbhai Patel Dental College & Hospital, Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar, successfully organized a Workshop on “Basic Life Support” on 10th June 2025. The session was conducted by Dr. Sanket Nandani, in collaboration with the “Billion Hearts Beating” Foundation (Apollo Hospitals), Ahmedabad.

To observe the harmful effects of tobacco and raise awareness among students and the community, we organized a No Tobacco Fortnight Program. The campaign aimed to spread awareness about the dangers of tobacco use and encourage a tobacco-free lifestyle. During the fortnight, a variety of activities were conducted. Guinness World Record
Narsinhbhai Patel Dental College & Hospital (Managed by Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal Trust) was awarded the Guinness World Record for conducting “The largest dental health check-in 24 hours at a single venue” on 17th February 2016 at S.K. Campus, Visnagar.
The grand event involved dental health check of 15,000 participants, which was performed by a team of over 125 qualified dentists.
