Trust
Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal (NSVKM) Trust was established in the year 1952 by Shri Sankalchand Patel, a freedom fighter and Social Entrepreneur, with the objective of working towards educational and socio-cultural needs of the people in North Gujarat. It has been rendering services to the society since inception
Since 2014, the Trust has been touching new heights with the able leadership of Shri Prakash Patel as Chairman of the trust. With the visionary approach of Shri Prakash Patel and the other trusties, NSVKM has achieved the status of Sankalchand Patel University since 2016 and created a path for value based diversified education in North Gujarat region and beyond.
Today, the Trust successfully administrates more than 13 Educational Institutions from primary schools to Graduate, Post Graduate and other professional courses. The Trust’s consistent efforts in the field of education have earned its institutes and colleges many merits and earned name in the educational movement in India.
The phenomenal growth and development of Visnagar, the well planned and unique educational township situated in the north of the Gujarat State, is stranger than fiction. Based on local talent and local resources, it is peerless example of self-reliance and dedication.

The Nootan Education Group boasts 13 institutions offering Diploma, Graduate, and Post-Graduate courses, as well as 2 Primary, Secondary, and Higher secondary schools. With hard-work and commitment, we have established an academic environment that offers a well-surrounded school education to children and a variety of high-tech courses to the aspiring youth of the North Gujarat region who may not otherwise have the opportunity near their homes to gain such high-quality education. The Nootan City Campus and The Sankalchand. K. Patel Campus (S. K. Campus) supports a collective student body of around 13,000 students and about 1,000 staff and faculty members.

Our roots are strong and deep. They go back to 1941 when Late Shri Sankalchand Patel started a school in the barren land where education was not accessible for children.
Today, three-quarters of a century later, we’ve become a leading educational institution in the northern Gujarat which now has become a University.
As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we’ve only just begun. In fact, Sankalchand Patel University, a bookey of 13 colleges of Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal , Visnagar is growing faster than ever. Our Trust is standing out by providing quality education and a bright future to the students.
